We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure transparency and fairness for both guests and our eco-conscious retreat, we follow the below cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made between 7–14 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 7 days of check-in or no-shows: No refund will be provided.

Please note: All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after the cancellation request is received.

📝 Terms and Conditions for Stay at Vaadiyan

1. Booking & Payment

   • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
   • The remaining 50% must be paid in full upon arrival during check-in.

2. Check-in Requirements

   • Valid Aadhaar Card or Government-issued ID proof is required for all guests at the time of check-in.
   • Children below 7 years are exempt from ID submission.

3. Sound & Music Policy

   • Vaadiyan is located in the eco-sensitive zone of the IBA and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
   • We follow a strict no external music policy – Bluetooth speakers, boomboxes, and loud music are not allowed.
   • Only live acoustic singing or personal headphone use is permitted.

4. Substance Policy

   • Absolutely no drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.
   • This includes marijuana, joints, or any other form of substance use. Violation will lead to immediate eviction.

5. Alcohol Consumption

   • Alcohol may be consumed only inside your rooms.
   • Drinking in open/public areas is not permitted to respect the natural space and fellow guests.

6. River Safety Disclaimer

   • Access to the river is strictly prohibited.
   • If you choose to approach the river, you do so entirely at your own risk. The property holds no responsibility for any mishap.
