Project - ""NOT FOR ALL "

Tirthan Valley Community Project: A Vision for Sustainable Living

Cities have given us growth, exposure, and opportunity. But as life becomes faster and more screen-driven, many people start looking for balance — health, peace, and a deeper connection with nature.

Project: Not For All is a conscious mountain-living idea in the Himalayas. It’s not about escaping the city, but about completing life with a second home rooted in clean air, slow living, and community values. Life here revolves around orchards, fields, traditional Himalayan architecture, shared work, and real human connection — not excess or noise.

This project is legally open and transparent:

   •   If you are from Himachal, you can own land and property directly in your own name.

   •   If you are from outside Himachal, ownership is possible through a company-based or structured model, fully compliant with state laws.

   •   The idea is to make conscious mountain living accessible — without shortcuts, without illegal practices.

This is not a mass real-estate project.

It is intentionally not for all.

It’s for people who value health over convenience, meaning over speed, and belonging over just ownership. Cities may support our income — but the mountains protect our life, health, and future.

Project: Not For All — for those who choose depth over density.

About Me :
"Good karma project with Orpahnage Girls "

Born and brought up in the lap of the Himalayas, the mountains have always been my first love.

Coming from an Arya Samaji family, our upbringing has always focused on practicality, equality, and putting humanity first.

I was never fond of studies and spent most of my student life as a backbencher. My real education began with life itself — its highest peaks and darkest valleys. I experienced the abyss of drug addiction and fought my way out, reclaiming my life with the strength of nature and purpose.

Today, I’m a mountaineer, bird watcher, eco-tourism entrepreneur, and recovery counselor. I’ve built a life rooted in transformation and service.

Who Is This For?

This project is for dreamers, doers, and givers.

KEEP IT SIMPLE

  • For artists, yogis, nature lovers, and bird watchers.
  • For those recovering from stress or trauma.
  • For remote workers and digital nomads.
  • For entrepreneurs and changemakers who want to live consciously.
  • For those who want to be a part of a larger purpose — a community that gives back.

The Dream: A Community in Tirthan

actual piece of land

I now hold a stunning piece of land in the heart of Tirthan Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the dream is clear — to build 10 beautiful Kath-Kuni style cottages and a shared community space.

This will be a hub for:

  • Artists
  • Nature lovers
  • Remote workers
  • Healers and yogis
  • Bird watchers
  • Purposeful travelers

The Project Details

  • Location: Tirthan Valley, GHNP Ecozone
  • Architecture: Traditional Kath-Kuni style using wood and stone
  • Plot: Each unit ~2000 sq. ft. with private farming space
  • Start Date: April 2026
  • First cottage will be handed over to Mr. kumar - by oct end .
  • Completion: Within 2 years
  • Use: Personal stay + rental income
  • Ownership: Shared company model — you invest, you earn, and you belong
  • Option 3 : Take land 4 lakh rs biswa ( non negotiable)
  • Roads for plot will be divided in all which will be around 3 lakh extra per cottage plot which will come in next 2 year .
Basically we are trying to keep plot away from road so no carbon pollution comes on land .

Investment Opportunity

  • Project Area: 40,000 sq. ft.
  • Your Share: Invest ₹75 lakhs and become a -shareholder in company

  • What You Get: Ownership of a beautiful 2-room Kath-Kuni style studio cottage with two attached washrooms, private parking, and approx. 2000 sq. ft. of land( including Parking )

  • Model 2 : Invest 50 lakh and get same cottage for 20 years ( almost 2.5 lakh a year )

Tentative ROI:

  • 2 rooms x ₹7000 per night x 90 days = ₹12,60,000

This is tentative ROI which c
an be better planned out .
I am not promising any ROI but this model is doable .

Community Values

  1. All guests must contribute to a form of community service
  2. No loud music or activities that disturb the ecosystem
  3. Everyone contributes to maintaining serenity and cleanliness

This project is not for those chasing ROI alone. It’s for those who seek meaningful living, connected to nature and purpose.

Rebuild Janihar Village

URGENT APPEAL — Rebuild Janihar Village, Tirthan Valley

Janihar Village, a century-old Himalayan village located in the lap of the Great Himalayan National Park region (UNESCO World Heritage Site), once stood proud with traditional Kathkuni houses over 150 years old.

But in November 2025, a single matchstick changed everything.

Within just 2 hours, the entire village turned to ashes.

16 families lost everything — their homes, clothes, food, utensils, documents, and memories.

Today, these families are standing in the freezing cold with zero support and zero resources.

Temperatures have already dropped close to 0°C, and winter has arrived mercilessly.

Yet, these are the same humble, open-hearted people who always welcomed everyone with love —

They never asked who you are, where you come from, or what religion you follow.

They offered warmth, smiles, and shelter to thousands of travellers.

Now, they need us.

A few organizations have stepped forward, but it is not enough.

We must unite to rebuild their homes, dignity, and future.

 How You Can Help

 Donate to support rebuilding homes

Sponsor essential winter supplies (jackets, blankets, utensils, tarpaulin, roofing sheets)

The Real Meaning of “Himalayas Are Calling”

It is not tourism, trekking, or selfies.

Himalayas are calling means standing with the mountains and the people who protect them.

Let us come together and ensure that Janihar Village rises again.

Because when the Himalayas call — we answer.

Reviews from Architecture students

For Architecture Students: A Chance to Make Your Voice Count

Himalayan architecture is more than design — it’s culture, climate-wisdom, craftsmanship and centuries of local knowledge woven into wood and stone. Many travelers who visit the Tirthan Valley don’t even realise how special this vernacular architecture truly is… and this is where you, as architecture students, can make a real difference.

We are inviting young architecture enthusiasts to share a short, thoughtful review about your experience with Himalayan vernacular design — how it made you feel, what stood out to you, and why such traditional structures deserve to be preserved.

Your review will help us attract like-minded, mindful travelers who value local heritage, and support the communities that keep this architectural legacy alive.

Not for competition… but for conservation.

A small token of appreciation

The most insightful review will receive a Great Himalayan National Park T-shirt, specially designed by Tommy Hilfiger designers for a local rural Self-Help Group—supporting local art and income generation.

Hidden Battle of Country ..

 Himachal’s Hidden Battle

Himachal — the land of gods, mountains, streams, and rivers — is now fighting a silent and devastating enemy: drug addiction.

What was once a peaceful paradise is now facing a growing crisis that’s spreading like a virus, from cities to remote villages. With every passing year, more dangerous and addictive drugs are taking over young lives, destroying families, and weakening communities.

The tragedy is that addiction today is invisible — it has no smell, no warning, and no boundaries. It’s available everywhere. And if we don’t act now, our next generation could be wiped out.

Breaking the Myth – “It’s Not My Family’s Problem”

One of the biggest lies we tell ourselves is — “It’s not my problem.”
But addiction doesn’t knock on doors; it walks in silently.

It’s time to leave behind this attitude of indifference. Every parent, every teacher, every student, and every citizen must take part.

This is not just an individual issue — it’s a war that society and government must fight together.

Birth of Mission Sambhav – War Against Drugs

Mission Sambhav – War Against Drugs is an initiative by the Himalayan Volunteer Tourism (HVT Foundation), dedicated to fighting addiction through awareness, compassion, and community action.

This mission is led by Panki Sood, a man who has lived both sides of the story.
Once struggling with addiction himself, he turned his life around with the help of his family, society, and rehabilitation.

Today, Panki stands as a symbol of hope and recovery, proving that change is possible. He is now a successful eco-tourism advisor and adventure leader, committed to spreading awareness and inspiring others to choose life over drugs.

 19 Years of Spreading Awareness

For the past 19 years, Panki Sood has dedicated his life to:

  • Conducting drug awareness workshops for the Army, Customs officers, colleges, schools, and panchayats.
  • Consulting the government on policies related to rehabilitation and online stigma.
  • Leading community-based awareness drives in Himachal and beyond.

He has been advocating a crucial message:

“We must fight addiction — not the addict.”

 Stop Shaming, Start Helping

In today’s social media era, people often post videos or pictures of addicts online for fun or attention. But this simple act can ruin someone’s chance at recovery.

Even if a person gets clean, those old videos can block their chances of getting a job, getting married, or rebuilding trust.

That’s why Mission Sambhav strongly campaigns against this modern cruelty. Panki has been urging authorities to ban such online shaming and promote compassion-based awareness instead.

 The Message of Mission Sambhav

Addiction is not a moral failure — it’s a disease that needs understanding, treatment, and support.

Recovery is possible.
Change is possible.
And a drug-free Himachal is possible.

“Help addicts, don’t shame them.
Stand for recovery, not rejection.”
